Generally treat statements such as "in two volumes" as other title information (cf. also 2B8).

This has already been taken care of in 1A2, where we are told not to transcribe such statements. (2B8 is a restatement of this for the edition statement) It seems at worst contradictory to 1A2, at best unnecessarily confusing.

Remove the rule.
