RBMS "Buddy" Volunteer Form
Would you like to volunteer to be a Buddy?
The Buddy Program, sponsored by the Membership and Professional Development Committee, provides first time conference attendees with an experienced RBMS member to guide the newcomer through their conference experience. Creating a good first impression is a wonderful way of retaining members. Part of this first impression is helping newcomers understand the meeting schedules, the various committees, and introducing them to others in RBMS. We ask you to volunteer to become a guide. We request that you contact your buddy and set up a time to meet early in the conference. Take a half hour to talk with them, perhaps have coffee. Explain the perks of RBMS and perhaps make a new friend. Remember — you were once a newcomer too.
