Before making your reservations, please check the conference schedule. The ABAA Booksellers' Showcase, workshops and several tours will be held throughout the day on Tuesday, June 22, with an opening reception at the Doubletree Hotel that evening. The main conference program will run from Wednesday morning, June 23, through approximately noon on Friday, June 25.

In the heart of Center City Philadelphia, the Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia will serve as the official preconference hotel and main meeting venue. This three diamond luxury high-rise hotel features a stunning glassed-in atrium, outdoor pool, sun deck, fitness center, and valet or self-parking. Located in the heart of Philadelphia's cultural district on the Avenue of the Arts, the hotel has great views of downtown Philadelphia and its landmarks.
Single and double rooms are available at the Doubletree for a special discounted group rate of $189/night to RBMS Preconference attendees. Make your reservation online or call the Doubletree Hotel at 1-800-222-TREE, and mention that you would like to make a reservation for the Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia on South Broad Street (the group code is “RBM” to receive the discounted group rate). The discounted group rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis until Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Please call early to for best availability. A major credit card will be required to confirm your reservation.
The ABAA Booksellers' Showcase, registration, and opening reception on Tuesday and program sessions on Wednesday and Friday will all be held in the Doubletree’s conference facilities. On Thursday, shuttle buses will transport attendees to and from the program sessions that will be held in Old City at the American Philosophical Society and the Chemical Heritage Foundation, approximately one mile away.
Dormitory-style accommodations will be available at Drexel University.
